ICE spokesperson Jason Chudy said the agency arrested Javar because he allegedly failed to disclose a criminal conviction when applying for his immigrant visa in 1995. Chudy declared that Javar was “therefore ineligible to remain in the United States now.”

Nation of weasels, he's going to fucking die in there and it's because the live torture of human beings is a profitable endeavor in the freest country on earth.

if there aren't felony murder charges up and down the ICE chain and wrongful death suits bankrupting all the private carceral contractors after this administration, this shit show will continue to spiral out of control and only get worse.

One of the reasons that this shit is happening is lack of accountability in the past. If we get accountability in the present we might be able to apply it to the past: this is a thing they fear immensely.

In my sick twisted heart I hope they fuck this up so badly that we’re forced to throw no-oil in prison for making the fucking thing.

    Retroactive reckoning let’s go

When the time comes to actually write a new constitution, this will be an important one. There is no statute of limitations on social injustice. "It's okay, I stopped doing the genocide and slavery once the communists passed a law against it" absolutely isn't going to cut it.
