Bought a framework 12th Gen Intel back in 2022. I've only had two issues with it: The HDMI card interfering with the sleep cycle (replaced with new generation HDMI card), and right after warranty expired my webcam module stopped being able to pick up sound for some reason.

I'm annoyed that the webcam module died so soon, but it was pretty darn cool to just be able to order a replacement part and easily install it in under 5 minutes. If that happened on my Surface Laptop it would have meant a whole new laptop. I'm loving Framework.
