I checked the Chinese company name 重庆富贵电子. Google says it produces audio devices. I guess it’s a Bluetooth speaker or something similar

They make a ton of wireless chipsets. Could be a bluetooth speaker, could be a computer.
Just a guess - do you have any smart home type devices? Wi-Fi controlled lights, switches etc? Or a smart TV or android box from Amazon connected to it? Or one of those cheaper "star light" things that maybe has some voice activation? Sounds similar to those types that phones home just because it can with the data that it gathers.
Nefarious? Unlikely. But still, something that is worth getting to the bottom of
