The only thing that seemed marginally cool was the new mechanics to avoid the cops (using a mask, changing clothes, changing cars, and splitting up). But they didn't even really show these being used aside from the HUD indicators in a couple places so it might not even be a thing you can do whenever, just in some missions.

This is also how I felt. It looks like a cool GTA game, but so far aside from better animations (except for that backflip into the water lol), and some better graphics, I'm not sure how much is actually new. Apparently the world is twice as large as the last game though so it'll be at least interesting to explore.

I checked for price now. Not even PC yet. It costs 80 € or 100 €.
