Working on a ship testing out the Inseego Skyus 160 I purchased via eBay (used). Every time I perform a speed test I get a result with an apparent similar ratio, for X Download I get several times higher Upload, here are a few examples on pictures. On other occasions, I was testing in a completely different country region and was getting the same ratio. Even in areas with low coverages, I'm getting 0.5Mbps Download vs 6Mbps Upload. I suspected my ISP at first but now it feels more like a hardware issue. Am I guessing right? Has anyone experienced something like that?

That's usually a sign of congestion.

Majority of home ISP users are on the download side.

I think you are right. Now during the night time, I'm getting 22mb download vs 10 upload, so this makes sense now
