I just moved to a new place and got Verizon and the router is in the basement and an extender that is in the second floor. Signal is not getting to the doorbell camera. What would you guys recommend on getting?

If you care at all about security, stay away from TP Link as a budget option. People go that way because it's less expensive. Do your own research regarding their security issues in recent years.
