This is jamming up my heuristics. I don't trust anything coming out of Florida , and certainly not when a trump ally is involved. But also fuck Altman.

Much of the record that Florida's case relies on is against Altman, including Greg Brockman's diary and Tasha McCauley's testimony about a "toxic culture of lying," which came out at the Musk v. Altman trial in May.
Their defense is dumb. They can collect data on minors under 13 because
"artificial intelligence research services is a novel question of federal law,"
If it's collecting data on children it's not novel.
Why just him? There's also Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg, Trump and plenty others that are nuisances.
