Lock iPhone until I use a specific app for X amount of time (alien.top)

Hello.

I’m looking for a way where my iPhone can be lock without being unable to use it except until after I use an app for x amount of time.

My main reason is I want to force myself to study my foreign language vocab words for about 10 mins a day without forgetting. I don’t want the option of brushing this aside either which is why I want to lock my phone until this is accomplished.

Any way I can do this?

How are you going to use the app if the phone is locked and you can’t get in?

Have somebody that will set up guided access on your phone that way you won't know the code and won't be able to exit the app until they unlock it.
