Should i use Free-Sync and Game Mode on Hdmi 2.1 port (alien.top)

Hi community, so i have my apple tv 4k plugged in the tv’s Hdmi 2.1 port. I have match frame rate and content ON, should i use Free-Sync and Game mode of the Tv on the Apple Tv’s HDMI port ! I notice picture looks a bit more white like if the brightness is turned up. Game mode turns off my tv’s most picture enhancements and Siri remote usage feels very smooth. Please suggest what would be the best settings.

Apple TV doesn’t support Free sync. For game mode it is a must when you are gaming (if you use your Apple TV for games)
