How to restore the Message app hotbar (alien.top)

The new version of the Message app removed the hotbar above the keyboard that had your photos, gifs, and add-on apps. Now you can only access them by hitting the Plus button icon to the left of the message. Is there a way to restore the hotbar? The new system is so much slower and more cumbersome.

No
