Do any AW Cellular users here use their phone call or FaceTime audio features on their Apple Watch extensively? I'm talking about scenarios where you only have the Apple Watch without the iPhone nearby. I'm wondering about call quality and whether or not it is something you could use for a longer phone call (with AirPods, of course).

I got the cellular option to use while I run and I didn’t want a brick in my pocket. I have no complaints at all, comparable call quality to the iPhone and I’m glad I went with the cellular option.
