What was the quote? Something like:

"In such a hard world, to be soft is an act of rebellion."

Oh shit watch out you have a fuckin bear in your house.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 1 year ago

NOPE! It's just Chuck Testa

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 year ago

May very well be a non-fucking bear

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago

I would be more worried about the tree. It could cause structural problems long after the bear has left.

It's not like you can become someone else even if you try so might as well enjoy

It's probably not meant that way, but let's make sure and establish that it's indeed not okay to go on a killing spree, be a Nazi, or some other form of asshole who inflicts damage to others.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 year ago

Oh yes, let's absolutely clarify that... maybe by adding "as long as you are doing no harm?"

I understand this way of life.

It's the "following regular society" way of life I fail to understand.

I don't understand my life. How could I expect others to do so.

I feel this so much, I think right around my Saturn return all the facades just started to crack, now I'm in my early 30s and I've never been more comfortable with myself and my weirdness. I have really learned to love who I grew up to be and my life is so much better for it. The people who didn't like my fully-actualized self and didn't respect the new boundaries I set eventually just fell out of my life and made room for some incredible people. Sending all of you so much love and blessings. You are a beautiful soul and so worthy of love and happiness ❤️🤩✨

I love how setting new boundaries and self-actualizing led you to a space where the right people appeared. It tends to happen that way - you cultivate your garden and it yields flowers. You made that shit happen! Also sending you love and blessings. Thank you for spreading positivity.

That is the perfect metaphor for it! Thank you for seeing me and shining you light, sending you a thousand blessings ickplant let's make this world more beautiful ❤️🤩

It is those who lead a life that others do not understand that provide those that do not understand the opportunity ask themselves why they do not understand, and hopefully starting those who do not understand on a journey who’s end leads them to finally understand.

Maybe is not deep for you, but there's a ton of people out there without tools or means to make peace with how normally different things are for them and that generally creates anxiety and feelings of inadequacy.
This post is for them and also for any 14 y.o. That needs to read it.
Be kind and live your best life.

Listen man, people can try interpreting this post however they wish. You can take it seriously, nothing wrong with that. When I read it, it sounded to me like an im14this.. post. I'm pretty sure some of the others lurking might have had the same thought as me. I do also understand that there are people out there who do not live the "normal" socitielly expected life. There's nothing wrong with that. Also, you are speaking on behalf of them. Maybe someone in that walk of life actually did find my comment funny.
