Congratulations you invented a rearviewmirror. When car brands make bikes they almost always end up producing bike shaped objects whose main purpose is advertising a car. Just look at the Ford Bronco electric bike for another example. 
Ford finally made a reliable way to get home.
VW has done this before with the Trek Golf/Jetta.
They sell bikes from other makers at a premium and some sell, but mostly they are hoarded by VW collectors who want every accessory for whichever model they own. That said, N+ seems to only make e-bikes for other non-bike brands to market or greenwash with.
Seems to currently only sell F1 Mercedes branded bikes.

It’s opposite of that; camera is on the mud guard, display is between the handle bars.
n+ describes Smart View as the first fully integrated digital rear-view camera on an eBike. A camera and radar unit built into the rear mudguard watch approaching vehicles; when traffic enters range, the system can activate the rear image on the 3.5-inch display and issue a blind-spot warning.

Anyone who’s tried to use a handlebar mirror knows they shake so much you have to grab them to see anything. This seems like an elegant solution, I hope they didn’t patent it. A motion stabilized rear rack camera with a display on the bars is perfect. I love my digital rear view mirror in the car.

Huh? Never had this problem in the city at least. And you could try one of this bar end mirrors, they are great.
