How do I watch iTunes extras on the iPad version of Apple TV? (alien.top)

I've been trying to watch the Studio Ghibli films in sub (in iTunes extras) and everytime I press to watch the extras in Apple TV, I am presented with the dubbed version of the film. When I try to play them directly from the iTunes app, the extras won't play at all.

Update: Just fixed it, I hadn't put the screen in landscape

Did you purchase them? Or are you just eligible to watch the movie because you have Max (or something)?
