Are they trying to imply that Russia is attempting to hand over their own soldiers or random people? Who else could they be? Do you know what DNA testing is? What a fantastic title. Maybe there is a KGB DNA recombobulator like in Cruelty Squad that just turns people into a pile of indistinguishable meat. Maybe western weapons are so powerful that the seething mass of flesh has actually taken on a life of its own, as of yet unknown to modern science. In which case, please edit to "bodies" (in scare quotes) for clarity.
