Weird display bloom issue only but only when using the search function🤷‍♂️ (imgur.com)

I get a weird screen blooming , only when using the search feature. It appears in the lower left of the screen , and only during the first 1-4 characters being typed. I wouldn’t think such a very specific scenario of a display issue would be possible. This is only time the display does anything out of the ordinary.
