Best Apple Watch for heart rate variability ? (alien.top)

Typically use a chest strap but that broke today. Which Apple Watch will be as good as a chest strap? I do a lot of interval training and lifting, I want something that will compare to a chest strap when it comes to heart rate variability.

Apple has really good HR monitoring on their recent models. But, no watch really does as well as a chest strap yet.

I literally just picked up the series 9 and I’m making the switch from the VIVO active 3.

As someone with WPW and that some of that likes to continuously check his heart rate that’s why I chose the nine now. I’ve been out of the Apple Watch game for a while and before that I came from the Fitbit surge so I’m hoping I made the right choice between buying this and the SE2
