There is a single option here, but I don’t know how to double-tap it 🤷♂️ It used to work with the old “double-tap”, pre WatchOS 10.1

(It's underdeveloped and was sold to convince people Watch 9 had something new. Just forget it together with iOS notifications, keyboard autocorrection, etc).
