Can someone explain to me why this happens? I have terrible wifi in our home office. I was testing speed using the WifiMan app on my Android phone, and the server it defaults to while in the office is different from the server it connects to in the other rooms of the house, despite the fact that I'm using just one wireless router. Why would it auto-switch to a different server, if it's still connected to the one router?

Is there maybe a setting in my router that can "force" the same high-performing server to be used always?

TIA!

Normally speed tests do a small test with a bunch of servers prior to the full length speed test with one server that responds the best. Different network conditions, different result. Speed tests are not the best way to measure wireless conditions and a wifi heatmapper is best.
