Data Hoarder

We are digital librarians. Among us are represented the various reasons to keep data -- legal requirements, competitive requirements, uncertainty of permanence of cloud services, distaste for transmitting your data externally (e.g. government or corporate espionage), cultural and familial archivists, internet collapse preppers, and people who do it themselves so they're sure it's done right. Everyone has their reasons for curating the data they have decided to keep (either forever or For A Damn Long Time (tm) ). Along the way we have sought out like-minded individuals to exchange strategies, war stories, and cautionary tales of failures.

From belgium, i have no idea how i'm going to download 90 TB of data from google workspace. I have been seeing mails that google workspace is going to delete the data in a month after you get the email.

I have seen that many have moved to dropbox maybe that's a temp fix, I don't no what to do

Anyone any recommendations on a solution??

What are the emails precisely saying? Anyway, just put rclone on it and start downloading.

Build a NAS with 100TB and then start downloading. 90TB should take about 10 bays to download with a 1Gbit line. Although your ISP might get mad.
