Inside Man Utd's scheme to support academy players who do not make the grade

Considering males are males so severely struggle to open up, especially at a young age where you just don't do that, it probably is a really serious issue and shouldn't have taken someone to kill themselves to bring it up. Blokes will keep quiet but it would absolutely ruin you if you envisaged being world famous then don't make it.
Because of that silent culture clubs have been able to get away with it for years. You do have to devote a lot when you're young, and you're committing to that club where they will profit off you if you are successful - this is all the least they can do really.
