No mud, no ice, no insects, no spider webs, hard ground, not too hot, not too cold, not too much snow. My only complaint is the lack of daylight.
That's the number one reason I haven't gotten into Fatbiking. I'm such a cow, I can't even manage early starts in the height of summer, by the time I got going in the winter, I'd already be losing light. Night riding on a fatbike just doesnt sound fun to me, I know people do it and enjoy it though. Right on to those folks for sure.
