I'm guessing theres another bridge overhead? Theres no way he jumped laterally that distance.

Might be (bc I haven't checked for accuracy) Arthur Levisee, fell off the bridge but did he jump or was he pushed? Note the heavy smog, having less of that is a big piece of why our gas is the most expensive in the country.
