Fashion from the 70s has always been intriguing. I’ve seen the colors come back over time, but not the styles. I do wonder how much of it has to do with the average weight of people now. It just wouldn’t line up.

That uniform redesign was so weird - it totally made sense as an utility but also looked totally uncool. The Wrath of Khan red was so much better

They just needed some colour contrast. Kirk in this image looks great, but most of the crew looked like Spock does here -- completely monotone.
