Sometimes videos take like 2-3 seconds to start playing. That's it.

naw.. its not a problem if you just dont use that shitty service. you have a choice.

Several open source "pipe"-based apps all have no such issue.

Increasingly difficult to find sympathy for folks still clinging to Facebork, Shitter, and SpewTube.

Either swallow your dignity and eat the ad slop or stop using the services you hate so much. But I can only spare so much concern for someone who keeps going back to stick their dicks into the blender.

I have a pihole as my dns/dhcp. I use Firefox with enhanced tracking protection turned on, ublock origin and privacy badger.

On my phone I have AdGuard (paid one time license fee).

I still am seeing YouTube without ads. I occasionally have to reload a video, but no showstoppers yet. Only posting my setup in case it help anyone else. Hopefully it’s not instructions for them on what to attack next..
