RAM. However, if you can save a bit longer, I'd recommend doing that so you can get 16/512GB.

Ram you can always use an external ssd for extra storage while there is nothing you can do to change the ram after purchasing it.

If you're based in the US, you could save money and get a certified refurbished model at a cheaper price
