After I factory reset my iPhone, Youtube is not in appstore (alien.top)

Some other popular apps are also not in app store. Like google maps.

The app isnt banned in my country. Almost everyone who has a smart phone in my country uses youtube app.

How do I get the youtube app?

In android its possible to install an apk from the internet. But this doesnt seem to me possible on iphone

You might have restrictions enabled somehow. Check your screen time settings then scroll down to the restrictions settings. Could also be because of country and region settings
