I would implore her to reconsider.

Suggest a different target and drive the car.

Point out the problems with the plan. Little things that might help but she would probably still get caught. It's pretty dumb to rob a bank with all this surveillance around. Phones telling your location and all.

Try to set up a alibi for it. Don't use a gun. Just slide a note to the teller demanding money. Most of them will just comply. That way you won't get an armed charge. Also wait for a snow storm or something. One morning with a lot of accidents, but the bank demand the workers come in anyway. That way the emergency vehicles and cops will take longer to get there. The snow tracks might give you away a bit but you can probably plan the getaway better.

Anyway, I don't think it's worth it. It would be better to get a job there and try to figure a way ahead on the inside.

If my wife had serious plans to rob a bank, I'm only finding-out because we're past the point of plausible-deniability. The lead-in would probably be like "we're moving to x country" ... and honestly, without that, I'm out.

We're talking a paradigm-shift that would completely up-end our lives and those of our children. At some point, you've gotta commit, or just admit you're toying with self-sabotage.

My wife is the sort that would already have all that worked-out too though, and/or be considering alternatives like in-patient psychiatric treatment.

...oh, and all of that, minus the psych-ward, is more likely than this happening due to her having a surprise drug or other addiction, but we're well into the realm of scenarios where no further twists would surprise me anyways, even sprouting horns, wings halos, or random super-powers.

I'd tell them to get into investment fund management, they steal more and dont get prosecuted.
