How can I make my alarm go off for calendar meetings? (alien.top)

I have ADHD and I'm very forgetful of my daily standups and getting in trouble in work.
I phone does send me push notifications but I miss them and would prefer my alarm to go off.

I also keep my phone in DnD or silent mode 100% of the time so I need it to bypass this.

I have alarms that go off during certain times of the day to remind me to do things daily. I also keep my phone on dnd most of the time. The alarm will still go off even if it’s on dnd. Just set an alarm for the time you have your meeting and when you’re adding it, name the alarm something like “Calendar Meeting” so it’ll ring to remind you of it at the right time
