Man shit like this drives me nuts and it seems to happen so often. Also it irks me when people have plenty of space on a large sidewalk but for some reason get really close to me. Especially runners. No one needs to smell your sweaty ass, man, use the rest of the sidewalk. It's right there.
Was he using the bleachers as a table or just standing and oddly holding the laptop? Is it possible he wanted to be way over on one side so he was disturbing the least amount of people?
Did you hear him say "I'm in"?
If there is a hundred feet to use then why not move yourself instead of being mildly infuriated. Don’t waste anger on something like this, it will raise your cortisol levels and age you prematurely.
That doesn't change the fact that the person was being rude when they had no reason to do so.
You have no idea if they have a reason or not. Perhaps that's their regular spot. Perhaps the wifi or data signal is only good in that area, maybe they are just asshole. But you assume a lot and are just jumping to conclusions. Behaviours that lead to worse results.
There's always more to the story than you can tell.
