This was outside the DNC, which refused to have a Palestinian speak, but did have a border cop speak. Protesters were reading the names of children killed in Gaza since Oct into a megaphone.

I'm glad. For a short period there it looked like the republicans would drop support for Israel first, which might have set the dems up for being known as the genocide support bag holders, which would have destroyed what little remains of the dems reputation. The DNC still have some explaining to do, and some house cleaning of bribe takers, but at least they realize that they cant win while taking AIPAC bribes going forward.
Sadly the thing which was needed for the change to happen is a Democrat not being in power. Driving home that point that not voting Democrat is what led to this.
J Streets is replacing Aipac and many people is falling for it. Dems top politicians are still supportibg Israel but hide it better
The politicians just hide their support better. That's all
