iPhone 11 stuck in bootloop (alien.top)

Hello Everyone,

I was playing COD on my iPhone 12, the screen was off except for the sound and it suddenly went into a bootloop. I tried updating to the new ios using iTunes, I got the swipe to recover data screen and after that my lock screen flashed for like a second and again went into the bootloop.

When I'm trying to upgrade it again it's throwing a Error(9). I am not able to upgrade it and asking me to restore.( But I need that data on the devide)

I tried using tools like 3utools, irepair and others but they fail at like 20% something.

Heard that it's a pretty common thing. I'm posting this to get some help from this sub.

Restoring wipes the phone of all data, and since you've tried restoring already, it's possible the data is already gone.

Was your storage full? Bootloops sometimes happen when storage is very full. If not, it's probably some sort of hardware failure and it may not be fixable without disassembling the phone

I don't thibk the storage was full. I didn't get any notification as such. It had ample space.
