I think COVID played a role in that

I had my first actual small internal crisis the other day where I felt brief but real panic, like I was drowning:

The Titan submersible is less than two months from its three-year implosionversary. Time stopped feeling real. Like, no, right? Surely no?

Recently got a video recommendation that said "20 yrs ago" and I seriously thought it was a bug before realising it's possible.

I've recently found a good way to estimate how long ago something was:

Guess a number of years, multiply by 2, add 4 if it was pre-covid.

I get it right suprisingly often.

I saw one of my favorites recently again after a friend quoted a phrase that made me remember it - and it's literally a comedy AMV from 19 years ago.
