iphone thinks there is an apple watch paired when there isnt. (alien.top)

I recently got a new apple watch and set it up, it stopped working and I was suggested to reset it..

I did that and now my iphone is "searching" for it constantly, I was advised to remove the device on icloud but the watch does not show there.... is there a fix for this?
