You might be able to do this with Next Up if you have a family account. Create an Apple ID and add them to your family account. Curate the list from there. Its a guess though, not sure if it will work.

Playlists would be such a great thing to have on streaming devices. Would love to be able to access custom playlists similar to what you can do on Spotify. I doubt we ever get to a point where all the various streaming platforms will play nice though.
