On the other hand, that seems like a lot of work tbqh. I feel like exercise is something you have to already have a passion for to keep it up. Is filtering out morons a little faster really worth it?

The trick is to think the other way around: something that could be a passion and involves exercise. It can be about the looks, the wins, the pain, the endorphins, for others it's about adrenalin, being in the flow, or natural sceneries, playing a game...
Women have a significant issue with losing muscle mass in older age, increasing the chance they will be frail and have limited mobility. Lifting weights throughout life is protective of that (and for men too, but to a lesser extent since they tend to have greater muscle mass).
There are numerous benefits to exercise you can focus on. I fucking hate exercising but I do it consistently because I love the things I get out of it.
Yeap..... The only thing I love about exercising is getting to leave the gym. I still do it 4 times a week because I don't want to die young of diabetes or heart disease.
That's why I tell people not to wait for motivation. Most won't be able to stick to it doing that. You just have to do it. Force yourself. If you feel extra shitty on a day start off easier and go from there but at least do something. Often once you get going you'll get back into the groove. If going to the gym is screwing you up, workout at home instead. You can accomplish a lot with just your bodyweight and dumbbells. Just find what works for you. The benefits are worth it.

It manifests in dumb shit like "this woman is so muscular she looks like a man and so having sex with her would basically be homosexuality" - if you look at the tortured logic, you can see it's their fevered brains working overtime in service of justification of their forbidden attraction to men.
They get into government to force these thoughts to be against the law because they are unable to fight millions of years of evolution of their own accord. Make no mistake, the sex drive wins. They go out and fuck anyway, they just torment themselves (and everybody else) over it.
It's a big problem for the world. Religion is absolute cancer.
