This also looks like a woman's head and shoulders if you assume the nipple is the tip of the nose, the left arm to be hair and the right butt cheek to be a shoulder while the left cheek is a book.

This one is particularly minimal so it doesn’t surprise me if it’s hard to see. I painted another one from the same pose (I painted them from a live model in a life drawing session). I wonder if this will help you see it.
