And some other image have a tiny green line on top of it too, it appear unaffected on web browser.

Edit: Apparently Racoon app also have the same issue for some?

So weird. The image just refuses to load at all for me, it's just a black screen if I tap on it.

This image shows the same way for me. When I open the post in my browser, the image appears normal. Such an odd issue.

From other posts, it's apparently just poor AVIF support on some device/app.

Personally, I think it may be bad AVIF encoding based on who uploaded the image. I only see the glitched images from .world posts. That makes me think it's some sort of combo of a particular user app and either the .world instance or other users' instances caching the images. (For example, every image I see is actually rehosted on the lemmy.zip servers)

Odd, it loads fine at the linked source, but here only the text part loads correctly, the rest looks like some sort of abstract painting
