It's certainly possible, but we aren't capable of really knowing what it would look like as the conditions for its existence aren't there.

It is possible, but it would be extremely hard to implement.

I’d imagine it would be like the first Comintern, where it coordinated the strike actions of various unions etc, independent of their governments.

It wouldn’t be like the United Nations, where it is largely ineffective and heavily biased towards the west.
