Interesting, what does this allow you to access that you can't on a regular browser?
I haven't looked into it but I think you need to set up a proxy in order to view these sites in a modern browser. The one they provide does it all for you.
I gotta say that at some point this nostalgia for old internet starts to feel like some sort of digital white flight. happy to be proved wrong.
When I miss old internet, I miss every site not being a honey pot to drag me to social media. Not the web design.
