In a glass dish I hydrated and squeezed some tvp, then put in half a cup of macaroni, the squeezed dry tvp (it is called carne de soya here), half a cup of can black beans, half a cup of can corn, and like half a can of diced tomatoes and jalapeno's (I think they call it rotel in the US) and covered with water. Then I added my home made taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, oregano, onion and garlic powder, sage) and microwaved it for 10 minutes then left it a bit longer covered.
