How to prove my ISP is block VPN, Proxy, DNS ? (lemmy.ml)

I think my ISP randomly drops my DNS server IP.

blocks some wireguard IPs (there is no handshake on openwrt).

Some SOCKS5 Proxies stop working after few hours.

Snowflake isn't working

The best you can do, as far as I know, is run wireshark on both ends. You'll watch the packet leave your network and never arrive on the other end. This doesn't prove it's your ISP but it will prove it's not your fault.
