If you needed to reduce the speed of your RAM to fix the problem, then it is more likely that the update triggered an issue with your system stability.

24H2 is two versions behind now, right?

I'm guessing you may be holding back the updates for a specific reason, but if not, have you tried just updating to 25H1/25H2 to see if that fixes it?
