I see it's graduated from playing Doom on that little screen (bc ofc it can run Doom on it too - there's basically nothing that can't!:-P)
Pretty sure that is Virtua Fighter, eh? Maybe VF 2 or 3? Great fighting game from Sega.
Whatever it is, it does look pretty cool ๐
