Gives us this link: WowThisLemmyExists

Which links to that community... but within the instance you’re currently in! So you can actually subscribe to it!

ok but what happens on kbin or apps? shouldn't it be [[email protected]](/c/[email protected]) which if it worked like it did on mastodon should auto link...

No idea. I tried that method and it didn't seem to work.
