How do you think the genocide in Palestine (caused by the country of Israel) would stop? Would there be a revolution? Is the genocide because of imperialism running rampant? Does socialism has the tools necessary to stop this genocide (among other things)?

The genocide is because of settler-colonialism, and ends when settlers flee their genocidal project and it becomes unsustainable, or if Palestinians win millitarily.

The problem is with the US support , it is sustainable

Not permanently. The US Empire is dying.

It seems that Palestine is dying faster though

The genocide is a product of imperialism, though not necessarily simply imperialism "running rampant", because there is no good imperialism.

Imperialism is based on theft and exploitation, which socialists oppose.

However, as long as capitalism is the hegemonic global system, upheld by the violence of imperialism, socialist activity remains limited to resistance.

Ultimately, activism in the West must seize on the growing unpopularity of support for Israel, in order to expand movements targeted at dismantling the military-industrial complex, the machinery of endless war.

We must develop the conditions such that politicians supporting Israel's or other atrocities becomes too costly for them to maintain power.

I think it will stop with Israel just controlling the whole area. They've been making moves to that direction little by little and now they're even getting international support from USA to do it

What about the people in Gaza?

Seems like those left are being pushed to leave.

any socialist means of stopping the genocide would have to be a strong movement in Israel, or in the nations that are it's major supporters. unfortunately, there is effectively no organized left at all in Israel and the socialist movement in major supporting nations is only able to make progress at the rate we have already seen.

There is no difference between left and right in Israel. Ben gurion was from thr left. He is the one who said before 48 that after the formation of a large army we will expand to all palestine

Israel has the strongest "socialist" movement in the world. But it's national socialism.
