For example, if a project:

Sets a 1 year deadline
Raises more than its goal of 80,000 EURO
Spends over 47,000
The deadline passes

Do any sites allow a mass partial refund of 33,000 split among donors based on their contribution amount? If not automatic, do any sites allow a manual partial refund?
