I have several perspectives on this:

1: that's wrong and you shouldn't break other peoples stuff. just ask nicely. 2: that's right and he shouldn't have been videoing you. also weren't meta glasses originally for exercising and stuff I saw an add where people were running and asking meta how they could improve and taking calls and stuff
