Post Meiji Restoration shows are pretty uncommon huh. I like those settings where the old meets with the incoming new ideas and technology from foreign lands like gunpowder, long ranged communication.

I thought the scene with the police would've lasted longer but I guess Kenshin would have to deal with the kid's problem next episode.

Are the sword police calling Kenshin "yasai otoko"? Vegetable man? Can anyone explain this to me?
