I feel sorry for opel. They made the most out of what gm gave them, now they're doing the same shit under psa.

I don't remember seeing 1 jeep in China, but every mall has a Jeep clothing store.

It's sad. Peugeot used to make decent cars. But they have really not done well since dropping diesel.

After having owned a few if these brands I decided I'd only own some Japanese, German or Korean cars. Never Italian or French. They are great the first 5 years or so, but age like milk. Owned an Opel and it was pretty good, but I guess it's now off the list. Stellantis is the collection of the worlds least reliable cars.

I drive a 26 year old Skoda (VAG group) which has had not a single major repair, except for timing belts, a clutch, and other consumables.

Meanwhile Renault, also a Stellantis brand, has made 2 Car of the Years back to back.

I reckon the saddest story here is Abarth, coming from sports exhaust and tuning origins, to then making/tuning some truly impressive cars and a record list a mile long.

And now it's Fiat slop of cheap EVs to balance Fiats 'green/emissions' score card. Itll truely be a sad end to a beautiful brand.
